First and foremost, thank you for considering to be a volunteer for this epic event! Before you proceed, please read the following needs and or requirements. From there, please download and fill out the PDF waiver below. Once filled out, you can either give it to John Giebler or email it at [email protected]

Though the term “volunteering” means that you are helping free-of-charge and therefore can help when you see fit, we are going to ask that you please choose your availability later in this sign up form.

Here are specific dates where we might need your assistance. Again, please tell us where you can help later in this form.

November 4 – 8 = Drop off bin(s) at your assigned business.

November 9 – 23 = IF NEEDED, pick up diapers at your assigned business. Additional information below.
November 24 = Final pick up of diapers at your assigned business.
***In the early evening of November 24th, we may need help loading all diapers into a storage facility.***

Floating times where we might need your assistance:
Anytime between November 9-23.  If your assigned business is in need of a pick up, we will dispatch you to pick up the diapers.  They will then be counted and stored at your home or at a storage facility in the Kimberling City area.  (Those locations will be determined as the need arises.)

Transportation Requirements:
If dropping off a box, you must be able to drive the box and supplies to your assigned business after meeting with the Pooper Troopers administrator. If doing a diaper pick up, you must be able to transport several bags of diapers and store them. Final destination for the diapers will be determined at a later time.

Physical Requirements

You must be able to bend over into a box to pull donations and pack into a trash bag. You must also be able to carry bags of diapers with the average weight being around 15 to 20 pounds.
