What Is a Diaper Crawl?
A diaper crawl is a social event that brings friends and family together. Similar to a Pub Crawl, your ticket will give you two hours of crawling at the St. Paul Picnic Grounds and includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Why Do We Crawl?
The average cost of a diaper is 30 cents each, and since the average child goes through over 10 diapers in a day, it can cost over $1,000 in a year! For a family with limited income, this can mean the difference between choosing to buy food or re-use a soiled diaper. We crawl for diapers to help those families from having to choose.
Who Does This Benefit?
Every dollar raised goes to the Pooper Troopers Diaper Bank, who distributes diaper supplies to local charities, including the St. Louis Crisis Nursery & the Fort Zumwalt School District.
