What Is Bottoms-Up for Babies?
Bottoms-Up for Babies is a social event that brings friends and family together to raise funds for local families in need. Similar to a beer garden, your ticket will give you four hours of fun and entertainment at the St. Paul Picnic Grounds.
What Are We Raising Funds For?
There are an estimated 60,500 families in the St. Louis region in need of help when it comes to baby expenses, with diapers being at the top of the list. The cost for one child in diapers can average over $1,000 per year, which for a family with a limited income, this can mean the difference between choosing to buy food or re-use a soiled diaper. We raise a glass to help those families from having to choose.
Who Does This Benefit?
Every dollar raised goes to the Pooper Troopers Diaper Bank, who distributes diaper supplies to local charities, including the St. Louis Crisis Nursery & the Fort Zumwalt School District. The Pooper Troopers is completely volunteer driven, which means none of the proceeds goes into the pockets of the organizers. 100% of your donation pays for expenses and diapers – that’s it!
