Please read carefully before purchasing your ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
- Age Requirement: All participants must be 16 years of age or older, and anyone consuming alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age or older. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for check-in and must be presented at all participating venues. Failure to provide valid ID will result in denial of entry without a refund.
- Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver: I understand that participation involves the consumption of alcohol and engaging in games and entertainment. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this event, including but not limited to, personal injury, illness, property damage, and the effects of alcohol consumption. I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and participating venues from any and all liability or claims.
- Responsible Consumption & Conduct: I agree to drink responsibly and will not hold the event organizers liable for my actions. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Venues and organizers reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual from the event for disorderly conduct, intoxication, or failure to comply with venue rules, without refund.
- Transportation & Designated Drivers: Your safety is our priority. Do not drink and drive. We strongly encourage all participants to arrange for a designated driver or use a ride-sharing service (e.g., Uber, Lyft). By participating, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your transportation to and from the event.
- Photo & Video Release: I grant the event organizers permission to use photographs and/or video of me taken at the event for promotional purposes, without payment or other consideration.
- All Sales Final: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. The event will take place rain or shine.
